Start questioning yourself on your negative behavior and attitude

Identify your automatic negative thoughts.

Use positive words in your inner dialogues, or when talking with others.

Remember that the past does not equal the future.

Focus on what's going well.

  2. well said..bt there are times ven things get better of the thoughts bt with more practice and determination one can always get to that level of control...im following u on GFC as vb..keep writing and ill be stopping here often..
