HOW TO GOAL SET

Having a destination to get to is usually the only reason you’re in the car. It’s the same with money : If you don’t have a purpose, saving or investing is likely to feel pretty pointless. You should decide exactly what you want to accomplish and remind yourself of that goal early and often. It might be retiring at 55, giving your child great education. Once you have decided on your destination points, workout how much money you need to get there and how best to get it.

HISTORY OF ICE CREAM

According to the Oxford Companion to Food “ice cream is one of the most spectacularly successful of all the foods based on dairy products”. We heartily agree and applaud the Italians, who are said to have made the very first ice cream in the 17th century.

POSITIVE THINKING

Start questioning yourself on your negative behavior and attitude

Identify your automatic negative thoughts.

Use positive words in your inner dialogues, or when talking with others.

Remember that the past does not equal the future.

Focus on what's going well.

LOVING AND CARING

GROWING UP

School life

Many teenagers find lessons boring and irrelevant - and say the education
system should be changed to suit their needs.
Eight out of 10 said they were fed up with school and almost half said there were not enough courses to choose from, which limited their options in later life.

Relationships

Relationships with parents, friends and significant others (like a boyfriend or girlfriend)

can be rewarding and also frustrating.

Disadvantage of teenage pregnancy

  • Poor school performance
  • Economic disadvantage
  • Older male partner
  • Single or teen parents
